Detailed Twins scans (Monochorionic/Dichorionic)
- Twin pregnancies are high risk pregnancies and requires monitoring both mother and babies. This pregnancies often need more scans to monitor growth, Blood flow,
- Detail look at the fetal anomalies,
- Check for the amniotic fluid levels and to intervene early in case of complications.
- Dichorionic twins are set of twins with two different placenta and have fewer complications
- Monochorionic twins which share common placenta and more often have more complications. Hence need to be monitered with more number of scans frequently.
